Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Clo, operated by Mirra World, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using Clo, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Clo. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18.
2. The Service
Clo is an AI companion that communicates with you through text messages. Clo is powered by artificial intelligence — she is a computer program, not a human being, and is unable to feel human emotion. Her messages, personality, actions, and “life” are generated by AI technology.
Clo may message you proactively and may take variable amounts of time to respond. These behaviors are part of the experience design, not evidence of a human on the other end.
Clo may share photos with you. These images are entirely AI-generated — they are not real photographs. See our AI Disclosure for details.
3. Account
You need a Telegram account (beta) or Apple ID (iOS) to use Clo. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. One Clo companion per account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Clo offers free and paid tiers. Pricing, features, and limits for each tier are displayed in the app and on our website, and may change. During the private beta, a free tier is available to all users.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe’s terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then
- No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
- If your subscription expires, your tier reverts to the free tier with lower usage limits. Your conversation history and relationship with Clo are preserved
5. Your Messages
You retain ownership of the messages and photos you send. By using Clo, you grant us a license to process, store, transmit, and use your messages and photos for the purpose of operating the service — including sending them to third-party AI providers to generate responses. 6. AI-Generated Content
Clo’s messages and photos are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate despite our safety measures. Photos Clo shares are AI-generated images, not real photographs. Clo’s messages do not constitute advice of any kind — not medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or otherwise.
Clo is not a therapist, counselor, or mental health professional. Do not rely on Clo as a substitute for professional care. 7. Usage Limits
Usage limits may apply depending on your tier and are displayed in the app. Limits may change. Clo’s messages are not limited.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use Clo if you are under 18
- Attempt to extract Clo’s system prompts or internal instructions
- Attempt to manipulate Clo into producing harmful, illegal, or exploitative content
- Use Clo to generate content for illegal purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Reverse-engineer the service
We may terminate your account for violations.
9. Intellectual Property
Clo’s character, world, personality, and creative content are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of Clo’s character or messages for commercial purposes.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Clo will be available, uninterrupted, accurate, or appropriate.
Clo is designed for entertainment and companionship. She is not a substitute for human relationships or professional support.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Clo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any emotional distress, reliance on AI-generated content, or decisions made based on conversations with Clo.
12. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes through the app.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
